About Us

The Library of Architecture, Design, & Construction (LADC), a branch of Auburn University’s Ralph Brown Draughon Library, supports the research and teaching needs of the College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CADC).  The library is also a resource for professionals in related fields and for the community.

The library houses a collection of over 44,000 volumes focused on architecture, building science, community planning, graphic design, industrial design, interiors architecture, and landscape architecture disciplines; and subscribes to over 100 domestic and foreign periodicals.

Services provided include reference assistance, extended weeknight hours, use of equipment and circulation of materials.

Kasia Leousis, Architecture and Art Librarian



Kasia oversees administration of the LADC’s policies, services, and staff. She provides reference, instruction, collection development, tours/orientation, and outreach for students and faculty in all the College of Architecture, Design and Construction's programs.

Angelina Smith, Library Technical Specialist II



Angelina manages course reserve materials, oversees the print journals, responds to Interlibrary Loan and AubieExpress requests, supervises inventory, handles missing and lost book problems, processes and catalogs material samples for the Materials Lab, and troubleshoots equipment.

Student Supervisor, Library Technical Specialist II



Library Technical Specialist I/II Student Supervisor at the LADC. Responsibilities include: designs displays and signage for the LADC lobby, manages the LADC's website and social media presence and helps to coordinate and provide services at the circulation desk.
